Erin has also developed tools to automate a LiDAR enhancement process to assist in identifying cultural features. In 2020, Erin’s analysis skills were featured on three episodes of History Channel’s “The Curse of Oak Island” where she used historic maps, enhanced LiDAR data, and triangulation techniques to determine the original positions of lost features.
